1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Gistbox. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
2. The Service
Gistbox is a platform for streaming short vertical microdramas. We may add, change, or remove content and features at any time. Some content may be free and some may require an entitlement to watch.
3. Creator content
- Creators retain ownership of content they upload but grant Gistbox a license to host, stream, and promote it on the Service.
- Creators are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to the content they upload and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate the law.
- All creator content passes through a curation/approval review before it is published.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, redistribute, or download streamed video except as the Service allows.
- Circumvent access controls, signed playback URLs, or entitlement checks.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, branding, and original content, is owned by Gistbox or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial viewing.
6. Payments
Paid plans and content unlocks may be offered. Where applicable, separate billing terms will be presented before any purchase.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gistbox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
